• Invoices module – email sending – Breeze now includes the option to automatically send an invoice to a predefined email address within the organization when the invoice is printed.

Audit

• Audit – users – User actions can now be tracked directly in the system for better traceability and stronger compliance.

Upsell

• KDS – Breeze now allows zero-value tickets with voided products to be hidden from KDS, reducing visual noise and helping kitchen teams focus only on relevant orders.

Loyalty

• Loyalty – card assignment – For fast food restaurants, assigning a loyalty card can now automatically open a new ticket, simplifying the workflow and reducing operating time.

Interfaces

• Integrator interfaces – Breeze now supports multiple stores sending orders to a single Breeze location, useful in scenarios with aggregators or multiple platforms centralizing orders into one point.
• Bolt interface – Breeze now includes a menu export button for Bolt, allowing faster menu updates in the Bolt platform.

KDS (Kitchen Display System)

• KDS (Kitchen Display System) – Breeze now supports product-level actions in the main KDS, giving better control over dishes already delivered from the kitchen.
• KDS (Kitchen Display System) – Breeze now allows order colors to change based on the user who picked up the order, making it easier to identify responsibility for each order.

New User Interface

• New user interface – Breeze now includes Excel export for the vouchers page, allowing detailed analysis and reporting on vouchers.
• Fiscal module for France – The France fiscal module interface has been implemented in the new user interface, supporting compliant and centralized management for locations in France.

ORB (Order Ready Board)

• Order Ready Board – Customers using ORB can now display images or presentation videos on the Order Ready Board.

Upsell

• Upsell POS – Breeze now includes the option to hide the Send / Payment button in order to force users to go through all Upsell screens, helping increase the average transaction value.

Loyalty

• Loyalty – Vouchers – Breeze now supports applying a voucher to a product even when it is part of a menu. The system calculates the best option for the customer and adjusts the order structure accordingly.

Interfaces

• Bidirectional interface Breeze – Symphony – From now on, customers who use Symphony as a POS sales system , can synchronize the existing menu in Symphony in Breeze and from Breeze it can be sent to all other sales channels (Ex: Website, integrators …).
• Breeze – Cover Manager bidirectional interface – From now on, customers who use Cover Manager as a booking system have the ability to synchronize both bookings and revenues between Breeze and Cover Manager.

Notifications

• Breeze POS + Backoffice Notification – Starting with this version of Breeze, the customers will be notified in Breeze Pos as well as in Back Office regarding new features in Breeze.
• “New check” notification for fast food restaurants – Starting with this version, the “New check” (checks from Kiosks , Mobile App, Integrators…) notification can be modified so that information related to the transaction type, check number and total appears in the body of the notification..

Call Center

• Loyalty consent fields – operators can view and edit the customer’s loyalty consents directly in the customer window.
• Block duplicate customers – prevent adding a new customer with a phone number that already exists in the system.

Loyalty

• Voucher scanning – the cashier scans the customer’s voucher in the app and it is applied automatically to the bill.
• Automatic customer assignment – when a voucher is used, the customer is automatically linked to the bill.

Dashboards

• New Breeze & Loyalty dashboards – advanced reports and charts on sales and the impact of the loyalty program.

Checks

• Auto-close paid future-dated checks – checks scheduled for a future date that are already paid are closed automatically, without operator intervention.

Interfaces

• Bolt – DRS in menus – for menus that include beverages, the Deposit-Return System (DRS) is displayed correctly in Breeze.

Checks

• Order number in KDS – orders are numbered when they appear in the KDS; on the ORB they display in ascending order.
• Courier code on ORB – display the delivery partner’s order code on the ORB.

Dashboards & Reports

• New dashboards (Superset) – complex reports from multiple sources (Breeze, KeepApp, Firebase, etc.).

Notifications

• Back Office notifications module – customers can receive automated notifications about updates and new features.

Invoices

• Invoice storno – invoices can now be storned (a credit invoice is generated), not just canceled.

Cash Management

• Visible drawer button – the cash drawer can be opened even when it isn’t attached to a workstation or operator.
• Multi-currency – track takings in multiple currencies (RON, EUR, etc.).

Alerts

• Special alerts from Kiosk – if the printer or bank POS at the kiosk is not working, an alert is sent to the cashier’s POS.

Performance improvements

• Fast Food mode – ability to disable certain notifications to increase marking speed.

Cash Management

• Summary report at drawer close – print a summary of all operations at cash-drawer closure.
• Location-level templates – customizable print template per location.
