Interfaces

• Bidirectional interface Breeze – Symphony – From now on, customers who use Symphony as a POS sales system , can synchronize the existing menu in Symphony in Breeze and from Breeze it can be sent to all other sales channels (Ex: Website, integrators …).
• Breeze – Cover Manager bidirectional interface – From now on, customers who use Cover Manager as a booking system have the ability to synchronize both bookings and revenues between Breeze and Cover Manager.

Notifications

• Breeze POS + Backoffice Notification – Starting with this version of Breeze, the customers will be notified in Breeze Pos as well as in Back Office regarding new features in Breeze.
• “New check” notification for fast food restaurants – Starting with this version, the “New check” (checks from Kiosks , Mobile App, Integrators…) notification can be modified so that information related to the transaction type, check number and total appears in the body of the notification..

Call Center

• Loyalty consent fields – operators can view and edit the customer’s loyalty consents directly in the customer window.
• Block duplicate customers – prevent adding a new customer with a phone number that already exists in the system.

Loyalty

• Voucher scanning – the cashier scans the customer’s voucher in the app and it is applied automatically to the bill.
• Automatic customer assignment – when a voucher is used, the customer is automatically linked to the bill.

Dashboards

• New Breeze & Loyalty dashboards – advanced reports and charts on sales and the impact of the loyalty program.

Checks

• Auto-close paid future-dated checks – checks scheduled for a future date that are already paid are closed automatically, without operator intervention.

Interfaces

• Bolt – DRS in menus – for menus that include beverages, the Deposit-Return System (DRS) is displayed correctly in Breeze.

Checks

• Order number in KDS – orders are numbered when they appear in the KDS; on the ORB they display in ascending order.
• Courier code on ORB – display the delivery partner’s order code on the ORB.

• New dashboards (Superset) – complex reports from multiple sources (Breeze, KeepApp, Firebase, etc.).

Notifications

• Back Office notifications module – customers can receive automated notifications about updates and new features.

Invoices

• Invoice storno – invoices can now be storned (a credit invoice is generated), not just canceled.

Cash Management

• Visible drawer button – the cash drawer can be opened even when it isn’t attached to a workstation or operator.
• Multi-currency – track takings in multiple currencies (RON, EUR, etc.).

Alerts

• Special alerts from Kiosk – if the printer or bank POS at the kiosk is not working, an alert is sent to the cashier’s POS.

Performance improvements

• Fast Food mode – ability to disable certain notifications to increase marking speed.

• Summary report at drawer close – print a summary of all operations at cash-drawer closure.
• Location-level templates – customizable print template per location.
