Order Ready board

The Order Ready Board (ORB) is a KDS functionality that provides data to a separate display that is customer facing.  This display shows the status of orders to customers who are waiting for an order.   The typical application of this is for Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).  This is a separate optional module

Using the KDS, kitchen notifies the waiter on the tablet when the order is ready to be served. In this case, waiting in the kitchen and talking to the chef will no longer be justified, and all this time will be better spent with your clients.

A product is getting low on stock. The waiters need to know exactly how many portions are left or they recommend something that is out of stock. The customer is not happy! Your business looks unprofessional

Use the KDS to enter a limited quantity for a product. All waiters are notified on their device, and a counter sets on that product so that no one can sell it when it reaches its limit. At any time waiters see on their tablets how much of that product is available

Language

Each KDS can have a different language (EN, RO, FR, HU, DE, SL). New languages can be added per request

Profile

Unlimited profiles available to change how the system operates on the go

Filter

Displayed orders can be filtered by type or status. Allows for runners to see only finished orders with products grouped by persons

recipes

See products recipes and access to ingredients calculator (available with stock management software)

Delays and Preparation time

Default timings can be adjusted for each specific period (add delays between courses in the evening, increase products preparation time during rush hours)

Audio Notification

A new order or a change triggers an audio notification to the kitchen.  Waiter receives notification when the order is ready

From KDS, chef communicates directly with Breeze

FINISHED

When an order is Finished, the waiter receives a notification, and the table becomes green

OUT

Once he picks up the food, chef will press Out to send the order in History, and the table in Breeze returns to its normal status

STOCK

Chef can setup in KDS the number of portions left for a product. Everyone will receive a notification of the new limit. That product can be ordered within this availability limit
