16 City Grill restaurants (with 15.000 places and 45.000 orders/day) in Romania with the BREEZE Suite since 2016. A chain of restaurants offering table service, using an Oracle POS and hardware.

THE CHALLENGE
Once the overall strategy had been defined, the only real challenge for BITSOFT was to deal with the strong resistance to a new cloud solution from operational staff in the restaurants. The ease with which the modules could be used quickly dispelled this resistance
APPROACH
Setting up a laboratory at city grill to validate the functionality and the version, then piloting the target solution on a site for several weeks. Once the test had been validated by city grill and BITSOFT, BITSOFT began deployment
SOLUTION
BITSOFT deployed the entire BREEZE suite (its POS, the loyalty programme with vouchers, the white-label Mobile Application, the e-Commerce platform, ServUs – a tool for ordering and paying at the table via QR code – and the Call Centre. This architecture enables city grill to manage all orders in real time and significantly improve productivity across the Group
RISKS
It was imperative to have a stable Internet connection, and for this to be dedicated entirely to this architecture
VALUE ANALYSIS
This project has enabled the city grill group to meet its strategic ambitions by strengthening its branding, boosting sales and improving the experience of its customers and teams
